Important Update: Victory for Bob Minetz and Defendants
We're pleased to announce that the Honorable Judge John Curry of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois has ruled in favor of attorney Bob Minetz and his defendants, Robert Fitzsimmons and nuEra Cannabis, dismissing Count 7 of the case 2023L008973. The judge found no evidence connecting them to the Juan Finch Jr. case. According to Joseph, one of the plaintiffs, they plan to file an appeal posthaste.
To ensure transparency, we've shared the relevant public record evidence here. This allows you to independently verify that there was no evidence of their involvement, and the plaintiffs' claims were unfounded.
We'd also like to address a potential conflict of interest that came to our attention during our due diligence. The defendants, their attorney, and the judge are all members of the University Club of Chicago. However, we believe that this affiliation did not influence the outcome of the case, as the evidence clearly demonstrates their lack of involvement. This evidence obviously shows that Robert Fitzsimmons, nuEra Cannabis, key members of the Illinois Republican Party, and other involved parties, had no involvement in the Finch v. Mario Treto Jr. case that hurt The State of Illinois, minority license winners, and the Social Equity Program by JB Pritzker.
